Complete Chiropractic Sports and Wellness is a holistic practice whose goal is to maximize our patient’s’ overall health. As a non-invasive practice, we address patient needs by providing modern, evidence-based chiropractic care complemented with acupuncture and massage therapy.
As the paradigm of the chiropractic profession becomes more scientific-based, we use the appropriate tools needed to treat our patients in a unique, caring way. We treat the root of the problem by addressing the specific pain generator whether it be disc, nerve, joint, or muscle. We promote an active lifestyle through exercise, healthy diet, and self care. Patient education is a key in helping maintain the status of well-being and a sense of self-efficacy. Current research shows active care is the missing link in avoiding recurrent injuries. Core stabilization and strengthening target muscles play a vital role in protection of the spine, decreasing pain, and prevention of other injuries. We also have the aptitude to treat sports related injuries with state of the art therapeutic modalities, a designated rehabilitation room and adequate training with extremities.
Our team takes a holistic approach to healing the body by incorporating all aspects of the neuromusculoskeletal system in order to find the root of the problem. By integrating chiropractic treatment, nutritional counseling, regular therapuetic exercise regimens, daily ergonomic training, and soft tissue techniques they are able to maximize patient outcomes. Understanding the mechanisms and complex biomechanics of these injuries is vital to proper treatment of a condition. Not limited in practice, we treat an array of patients anywhere from pediatrics to geriatrics, including pregnant women and athletes.
It is a major goal of ours to find the correct treatment path for our patient, whether it be to manage, co-manage or refer. Providing necessary referral to other health care providers is an essential foundation of the profession. We will do all we can to satisfy the patients’ experience at Complete Chiropractic Sports and Wellness.

Gabe Stern began his study and practice in the medical field in 2002: starting in the western medical world as an emergency medical technician, and continuing on to become a registered nurse specializing in intensive care. As much as he enjoyed the work in those areas, he chose to pursue an advanced degree in Chinese Medicine in order to further his knowledge, and understanding of the nature of disease. He is a graduate of Dragon Rises College of Oriental Medicine where along with the standard education in Traditional Chinese Medicine there was extensive training in the Shen-Hammer pulse Method, and considerable focus on the treatment of emotional disorders. In search of a deeper and more substantive understanding of Chinese medicine Gabe completed his fellowship in Classical Chinese medical theory and the treatment of infertility with the Hunyuan research institute. When he’s not seeing patients or studying Chinese medicine Gabe is an avid student of the martial arts, and a sucker for Sci-Fi / Fantasy, or the occasional real book.
