Dr. Jennifer Stasko will perform techniques that help reduce pain in the soft tissues which include muscles, tendons, and ligaments as well as performing joint mobilizations by performing hands on, manual techniques. She will also help to build your muscle strength, and improve your flexibility, function, and range of motion by giving you individualized exercise therapy specific to your needs to address your limitations found in your initial evaluation/examination. One of the most important aspects of her care is providing you a specialized home exercise program to perform on your own to address your limitations to progress you towards discharge. Her goal is always for you to learn how to manage your pain and injury on your own so you can return back to your prior activities of daily living as quickly as possible.  So, does physical therapy work?  The answer is a resounding yes.
